A seaweed bath. Last year I did this and wasn’t sure I would do it again. But after spending so much time in the rain, literally LOST MY CAR IN IRELAND. I needed to unwind, the bath was included with a massage. So, I must say I was glad to warm up, and chill out!
Warning, selfie with the weed:
Afterwards a lovely lass named Finnie worked the knots, not out, but tried her darndest. ‘You might be sore tomorrow’ HA!
Now, you might ask, is it still raining? YES.
Frank and Una are the owners of my cottage and welcomed me in their home this morning for a cuppa tea and a chat. Things that made my day warm despite the weather:
- Frank and Una
- Seaweed bath
- Finding my car
That’s it for today. Una invited me to her walking group tomorrow, I really hope I can keep up, they are all retirees!!!

You crack me up! You look so relaxed, maybe we could try this at the hospital instead of chair massages

You know it is hard to keep up with the Seniors. Look how hard it is to keep up with me! Hives remain, will have to take meds for 6 weeks Dr. Heinz thinks it was the shot and maybe what I had when I was in with you, Rota Virus. Going to have an allergy panel and blood work. My biopsy is tomorrow at 7AM or at least I must be there.
T and T are picking me up. Keep warm and dry Sent from my iPad

Oh Kathleen I wish I could be there for you during your biopsy. You know I will be praying for you from across the pond. You are in good hands ☺️.
Thanks Anne
